Welcome to Chasing 70 Degrees! By accessing or using our mobile apps (iOS and Android) and our website at https://chasing70degrees.com (together, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of the Service

Chasing 70 Degrees is a travel and trip-planning tool that helps you find destinations with your ideal temperature, plan routes with overnight stops, save favorite places, and track trip expenses so you can travel comfortably all year round.

Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features, such as syncing your trips across devices. Creating an account is free. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription (“Pro”). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or our website, depending on where you subscribe.

• Subscriptions are auto-renewing. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your payment method will be charged the price shown at the time of purchase. Prices may change, and we will notify you as required before any change applies to you.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings, or through the account management option provided for web subscriptions.
• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to those platforms’ refund policies, and refund requests must be made through them. For subscriptions purchased through our website, you may request a refund by contacting bill@chasing70degrees.com.

Existing Lifetime Access

Customers who previously purchased a Lifetime Access plan retain access to the features included with that purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized way, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

User Data

We collect and process certain data as described in our Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to that processing.

Disclaimer

The Service, including weather and temperature information, is provided for general planning purposes only and may not always be accurate or complete. Always check current conditions and plan responsibly. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chasing 70 Degrees and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States.

Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
